Tracing Flight x Nexess

On the occasion of the 2025 Paris Air show, we are proud to announce a major breakthrough for aeronautical maintenance workshops: Tracing Flight is now interconnected with the smart RFID cabinets from Nexess, leader in tool tracking in aeronautics since 2009.

An automatic and real-time traceability of the tools

Thanks to this integration, it is now possible to connect Nexess RFID cabinets directly to Tracing Flight to allow:

• 🔄 Real-time tracking of tool movements (input/output),
• 📋 The direct link with maintenance tasks and job cards,
• 👐 Capturing data without manual input, for speed and reliability.

How does it work?

1. The operator identifies himself on the Nexess RFID cabinet,
2. It selects the task or job card, sent automatically from Tracing Flight,
3. He removes or restores the tools necessary for the intervention,
4. The data set (tool, user, task) is sent to Tracing Flight,
5. Real-time synchronization with the platform.
